For large corporations, the task of ensuring timely, relevant marketing materials that are also on brand across the nation can be daunting.

Allstate Insurance has a national network of agents. Extensive marketing support was required for customized and relevant direct marketing materials to be made available to the agents.

Process automation. After reviewing the majority of Allstate’s direct marketing materials it was clear that the customization required by each agent was, for the most part, consistent across the country. So we created an online portal that allows their network of agents to access, customize and order all their required marketing collateral right from their desktop.

The win for Allstate was a reduction in the FTEs needed to manage these requirements from head office and the ability to ensure that all field materials meet their strict branding guidelines.
